skgxpdocon: warning outstanding accept handle count has reached new high water mark
    最近发现alert日志中有类似于下面信息的告警：
    "skgxpdocon: warning outstanding accept handle count has reached new high water mark 11000"
    "skgxpdocon: warning outstanding accept handle count has reached new high water mark 12000"
    但是告警频率不是很频繁，偶尔2-3个月一次，没见过这个告警，查了一下metalink，判断为oracle的bug：
   
    Symptoms：
    Getting the following warning message in background trace files after upgrade to 9.2.0.7.
    "skgxpdocon: warning outstanding accept handle count has reached new high water mark 7000"
    This message can be seen in lmon, lmd,.lms, lck trace files.
   
    Changes：
    After applying 9.2.0.7 patchset.
   
    Cause：
    This is due to  4673610 .

    This is caused by a bad state check  because we didn't send a close message to the acceptior to close the connection.
    Therefore we see this warning message in the trace files.
   
    Due to a bad state check in skgxpdis a CLOSE message may not be sent to the acceptor to close the connection.
    As a result, the acceptors keep growing which can result in errors reported to the trace of the form.:

    skgxpdocon: warning outstanding accept handle count has reached new high water mark 1000

    This message only appears in 9207 onwards

    Solution：
    Apply patch: 4673610.
