我也遇到了這個問題:
[root@vmrac2 ~]# mount -t ocfs2 /dev/sdd1 /mnt/ocfs2
ocfs2_hb_ctl: Device name specified was not found while reading uuid
mount.ocfs2: Error when attempting to run /sbin/ocfs2_hb_ctl: "Operation not permitted"

我是這樣解決的﹕
先是在兩台主機上修改 /etc/sysconfig/o2cb ﹕
O2CB_HEARTBEAT_THRESHOLD=301
接著重新啟動兩台主機
然后在第二台上重新格式化(之前是在第一台格式化的)﹐并mount:
[root@vmrac2 ~]# mkfs.ocfs2 -b 4K -C 32K -N 4 --force -L oradatafiles /dev/sdd1
mkfs.ocfs2 1.2.1

none on /proc/sys/fs/binfmt_misc type binfmt_misc (rw)
