为什么我的user_tab_modifications查不到结果呢？
以下是我做的测试：看网上的都很简单，但是为啥我的出不来结果呢？
SQL> select * from v$version;

SQL> alter table t monitoring;

SQL> create table ttt (x int);

SQL> insert into ttt values (1);

SQL> commit;

SQL> exec DBMS_STATS.FLUSH_DATABASE_MONITORING_INFO;
PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.
SQL> select TABLE_NAME,INSERTS,UPDATES,DELETES,TIMESTAMP from user_tab_modifications;
no rows selected
