Description
It is possible for "alter system kill session" to cause corruption
in IO slave state objects. If this occurs then the following symptoms
can occur:
- Dump in [ksfvidel]
- Dump in other ksfv* routines
- PMON crashign the instance with ORA-600[1115] cleaning up a state object
from the IO slave. (State Object of type "KSFV Adapator State").
Workaround:
Do not use "alter system kill session" when IO slaves are used.
