今天做巡检的时候，发现客户数据库的组件状态异常

查了下MOS，记录下DBA_REGISTRY的状态说明

S.No	Status	Description
1	INVALID	Some objects for the component were invalid at the completion of the upgrade. If there were no errors during the component upgrade, then running utlrp.sql might change the status to VALID without rerunning the entire upgrade. Check the DBA_REGISTRY view after running utlrp.sql.
2	VALID	The upgrade is complete AND all of the Oracle objects for that component are valid.
3	LOADING	The component load script. has started. Status before LOADED.
4	LOADED	The component load script. has completed Status before VALID (or INVALID).
5	UPGRADING	The component upgrade script. has started. Status before UPGRADED.
6	UPGRADED	The component upgrade script. has completed. Status before VALID (or INVALID).
7	DOWNGRADING	The component downgrade script. has started. Status before DOWNGRADED.
8	DOWNGRADED	The component downgrade script. has completed. Status before VALID (or INVALID).
9	REMOVING	The component remove script. has started. Status before REMOVED.
10	REMOVED	The component remove script. has completed. Status before VALID (or INVALID).
11	OPTION OFF	The server option required for the component was not installed or was not linked with the server. Check the V$OPTION view as well as the install logs. Install the component or relink the server with the required option, and then rerun catupgrd.sql
12	NO SCRIPT	The component upgrade script. was not found. Check the install logs, install the component software, and then rerun catupgrd.sql.
