随便打开一个，以/u01/oracle/product/10.2.0/crs_1/bin/srvctl 为例，在第165行，有这样的语句
#Remove this workaround when the bug 3937317 is fixed
LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.4.19
export LD_ASSUME_KERNEL
"Remove this workaround when the bug 3937317 is fixed"这句注释很重要，意思是这段话是为了解决 bug 3937317 而临时添加进来的。现在的问题是RHEL5上已经修复这个Bug了，所以注释掉这两行就行了。

保存退出。然后再运行 srvctl ，就没有错误了
