Developer:
The candidates will work on the J2EE based E-Commerce applications development. The scope include:
Design & Implement new features for products.
Maintain existing products and fix both internal defect and external APAR as L3.
Work with QA team to continue to improve the product quality.
Work with customer support team to provide high quality and in-time service to world wide customers.

Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
Tester:
Familiar with soft engineer and testing process (familiar with IBM test process is a plus)
Familiar with WebSphere application server, Database server, HTTP server, UNIX OSs
Familiar with WebSphere Commerce (or other IBM J2EE solution) is a plus
Familiar with SunOne/MQ/IDS/Portal is a plus
At least 1 year experience in software testing
Excellent communication skills
Team worker

Developer:
Strong technical skills/experience on Java, J2EE
Strong technical skills/experience on WAS/STRUTS/DATABASE development/administration
Self-motivated, quick learner and with strong problem determination/solving ability
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Knowledge/experience on e-commerce is a plus
Previous experience in product support or familiar with IBM software support process is a plus
Good written & spoken English
Open minded, pro-active, and self-motivated
