ORA-04031: unable to allocate 4096 bytes of shared memory
在做ORACLE迁移时，出现的问题：
１.只安装oracle 软件，不创建数据库。
２.设置DBID:
[oracle@oracle ~]$ rman target /

RMAN> set dbid=343434
executing command: SET DBID
３. 开启oracle 到NOMOUNT RMAN> startup nomount;
startup failed: ORA-01078: failure in processing system parameters
LRM-00109: could not open parameter file '/u01/oracle/product/10.2.0/db_1/dbs/initorcl.ora'
starting Oracle instance without parameter file for retrival of spfile
