ORA-01975
ALERT文件中错误ORA-01975，这个错误相关资料很少，最后得出结论，本案例是由于分布事物造成的，最后处理过程参考以下步骤：
日常工作中针对分布式事务的处理：
ANSWER

The junk entries In the local transaction Id could have been caused by on the following 2 reasons:
1) incorrect setting for NLS_DATE
2) gateway used to enter external data in oracle database
ACTION PLAN
============
1) get output of the following queries
SQL> Select * from sys.pending_trans$;
SQL> Select * from sys.pending_sessions$;
SQL> Select * from sys.pending_sub_sessions$;
2) If you need to remove all of them, then we can purge the transactions as follows:
SQL> exec dbms_transaction.purge_lost_db_entry('deferred_tran_id');
3) We are going to have to manually remove this entry from pending_trans$.set transaction use rollback segment SYSTEM;
SQL> delete from sys.pending_trans$ where local_tran_id = '????';
SQl> commit;
