第一: 从Oracle官方网站下载linux平台的安装版本 oepe11_wls1031_linux32.bin
第二: 新建用户组bea，新建用户weblogic
[root@oracle11gR2 /]# groupadd bea
[root@oracle11gR2 /]# useradd -G bea -g bea weblogic
[root@oracle11gR2 /]# passwd weblogic
Changing password for user weblogic.
New UNIX password:
BAD PASSWORD: it is based on a dictionary word
Retype new UNIX password:
Sorry, passwords do not match
New UNIX password:
BAD PASSWORD: it is based on a dictionary word
Retype new UNIX password:
passwd: all authentication tokens updated successfully.
[root@oracle11gR2 /]# useradd -G bea -g bea weblogic
[root@oracle11gR2 /]# passwd weblogic

第三: 上传weblogic安装文件到linux系统
第四: 设置环境变量export DISPLAY=192.168.1.100:0.0 （方便远程执行图形化安装方式）
[weblogic@oracle11gR2 ~]$ export DISPLAY=192.168.1.100:0.0
[weblogic@oracle11gR2 ~]$ /tmp/oepe11_wls1031_linux32.bin
Extracting 0%....................................................................................................100%
2009-9-14 14:30:09 java.util.prefs.FileSystemPreferences$2 run
信息: Created user preferences directory.
[weblogic@oracle11gR2 ~]$ /tmp/oepe11_wls1031_linux32.bin

信息: Created user preferences directory.
安装很顺利。基本不用设置什么
安装完成
登录控制台发现，控制台发生了很大的变化，界面变得很人性化，很漂亮，而且性能也有很大的提高。URL发生了变化http://192.168.1.108:7001/console/login/LoginForm.jsp
