2.解决过程
SQL> select owner,table_name,tablespace_name from dba_lobs where tablespace_name='TS_LOB';
OWNER TABLE_NAME TABLESPACE_NAME
--------------- ------------------------------ --------------------
YXYUP BIN$VmHA+aMlWWjgQKjABDwcBg==$0 TS_LOB
SQL> purge dba_recyclebin;
DBA Recyclebin purged.
SQL> select owner,table_name,tablespace_name from dba_lobs where tablespace_name='TS_LOB';
no rows selected
SQL> drop tablespace TS_LOB including contents and datafiles ;
Tablespace dropped.
