asm实例启动失败CRS-0215 Human intervention required to resume its availability
Attempting to stop `ora.rac1.ASM1.asm` on member `rac1`
`ora.rac1.ASM1.asm` on member `rac1` has experienced an unrecoverable failure.
Human intervention required to resume its availability.
在启动ASM的实例时报错，反复检查，不知道什么原因，后来想起来我在oracle的安装目录下的network中的admin目录添加了一个sqlnet.ora文件，导致asm启动的时候无法连接ASM实例，删除了该文件即可
