oracle listener 监听启动不起来处理案例一则
环境： oracle 10.2.0.4 +AIX 6.1
问题: 监听启动不成功
$ lsnrctl start

ps -ef|grep tns
监听进程不存在
处理过程
用netca删除监听和重配监听
配置监听时提示已经在运行
检查/etc/hosts文件
#127.0.0.1 loopback localhost # loopback (lo0) name/address
120.1.1.65 db10-new
发现127.0.0.1已经注释掉
取消注释，显示如下：
127.0.0.1 loopback localhost # loopback (lo0) name/address
120.1.1.65 db10-new
启动监听成功：
$ lsnrctl start
