以下为具体测试过程 10gR2版本

而在oracle 9i版本中没这个问题

通过查metalink id为 743676.1  只对10gR2版本有影响

Oracle Server - Enterprise Edition - Version: 10.2.0.1 to 10.2.0.4 - Release: 10.2 to 10.2

要解决这个问题 只能靠备份来恢复，还有就是通过非常规方法来修复。

所以我们对global_name这个表不能做任何更改，否则后果很严重。
