ORA-12838：不能读/修改一个对象，在以并行方式修改它之后
原因: 在同一个事务中，试图增加对某个表的读或者修改语句，在已经并行方式修改它或者以direct load 直接装载模式访问它之后。这是不允许的。
动作: 重写事务，或者将其分成2个事务：一个包含初始的修改语句，第二个包含并行修改操作。
同事的语句中包含append 的hint，这属于direct load直接装载模式，目的是加快插入的速度。可以在其后增加相应的commit语句或者去除append hint。
