compact_str: 0.6版本发布

CompactString 是一种内存效率更高的字符串类型，它可以在堆栈中存储更小的字符串，并透明地在堆中存储更长的字符串(又称小字符串优化)。它们主要用于替换String，在解析、反序列化或任何其他字符串较小的应用程序中特别有用。

目前已发布 0.6 版本.

dfdx 是 rust中的深度学习库(类似于python中的pytorch).它很容易使用，而且比 pytorch 或tensorflow 之类的库实现更容易理解。
