集成流量统计，使用方法：
在计算节点命令执行：
rs-tools show //显示以KB为单位的流量 区分上下行
rs-tools showmb //显示以MB位单位的流量区分上下行
（用途：）
如某台云服务器被CC等攻击造成节点网络异常或瘫痪，此时可以使用此工具快速进IPMI排查云服务器占用问题
模板转换压缩：
rs-tools convert 当前模板路径.qcow2 转换新的模板文件路径.qcow2
演示 如：rs-tools convert /home/rstack/resources/test001.qcow2 /home/rstack/templates/win2008r2_new.qcow2
