GaussDB 200 OS类常见问题之三 ---- 安装OMS时配置失败
问题背景与现象
安装OMS时启动ntp失败，错误信息如下：
=== STEP 2 Install packages. It may take several minutes. Please wait...
ERROR:Failed to config the /etc/sysconfig/ntpd file.
ERROR:Failed to config ntp.
ERROR:Failed to config OMM.
ERROR:Installation failed.
原因分析
这种情况一般是由于FusionInsight安装包与OS系统版本不一致。
解决办法
更换与OS对应的FusionInsight安装包。
