错误原因：删除offline（离线）表空间必须在open状态。
解决办法：将数据库置为open状态。
GS-00763：The tablespace name already exists.
错误原因：表空间名称与当前表空间名相同。
解决办法：重新命名表空间。
GS-00764：%s must in OPEN status
错误原因：该操作需要数据库处于open状态。
解决办法：将数据库置于open状态。
GS-00766：Database is not created completely
错误原因：不完整的数据库创建，或者不完整的数据库恢复。
解决办法：重新创建数据库或者执行数据库恢复。
GS-00767：%s property for %s exceeds or smaller than size that system allowed
错误原因：数据文件的参数大小非法。
解决办法：调整数据文件的参数大小。
GS-00768：Operation %s can only be executed in mount status
错误原因：当前数据库不是mount状态。
解决办法：如果当前数据库是nomount状态，执行“alter database mount;”，将数据库变成mount状态；如果当前数据库是open状态，则停止数据库并重启数据库到mount状态。
GS-00769：Tablespace %s has a larger scn, origin tablespace replaced by tablespace %s
错误原因：对象的原表空间已经被删除。
解决办法：对象已经失效，删除对象。
GS-00770：Not all transactions were committed when the database was shut down.
错误原因：数据库要关闭时发现有事务未提交。
解决办法：提交或回滚该事务后再进行关闭。
