今天一直开着的Oracle EBS忽然访问不了，于是stop app, stop DB，再startup DB, startup app。打开登录界面，无法打开，报错：
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, changeOnOHSInstall and inform. them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
后来在网上查知，数据库没起来。于是用sqlplus登录，果然listener没起来。重新启用数据库、应用，就能登陆了。
