My opinion：
If I have a baby，I need to employ a nanny。
And my parents can help us to take care of baby。
But now I don’t have baby，I also need a nanny。
She could help us do housework，cooking and laundry。
I hope her age around 50-year-old。And she must be good at cooking spicy food。
I think her salary about ￥1000 that is OK。And I think she living out is better than living in。
I think graduate nanny don’t fit for my family。But she must be have morality and honesty and hard work。
