子库转移
1、子库转移事务，接口一条记录实际生成两条记录，一正一负
2、通过接口进去的数量必须是负数，否则报The subinventories have incompatible types with respect to transaction type and item type；
界面上做子库转移，输入的必须是正的
3、子库转移库存设置
--transaction_source_type_id=13, "Inventory"
--transaction_type_id=2, "Subinventory Transfer"
--.....
--TRANSACTION_ACTION_ID=2 "Subinventory transfer"
