Trace flag 3604 is to print the output in query window. Since you have not given -1 parameter (DBCC TRACEON(6304,-1)), it would be session specific. Once you close the window, it would be cleared.

You can use DBCC TRACESTATUS to get information about the flags which are enabled.

DBCC PAGE is undocumented command and its not recommended to run on production.
