oracle中create any table 和 create table这两个权限的区别
CREATE ANY TABLE: Create tables in any schema. The owner of the schema containing the table must have space quota on the tablespace to contain the table.
CREATE TABLE: Create tables in grantee's schema.
CREATE TABLE: Create tables in grantee's schema.
