SQL>select * from table_name;
ORA-00376: file 12 cannot be read at this time
ORA-01110: data file 12 : '/opt/oracle/datafile/datafile12.dbf'

SQL>select file_name,file_id from dba_data_files where online_status ='RECOVER';
FILE_NAME                                          FILE_ID
--------------------------------------             -------
/opt/oracle/datafile/datafile12.dbf     12
/opt/oracle/datafile/datafile13.dbf     13
/opt/oracle/datafile/datafile14.dbf     14

$ SQLPLUS / as sysdba
SQL>reover datafile 12;
ORA-00283: recovery session canceled due to errors
ORA-01114: IO error writing block to file 12 (block # 1)
ORA-01110: data file 12:'/opt/oracle/datafile/datafile12.dbf'
ORA-27091: unable to queue I/O
ORA-27041: unable to open file

$ cd /opt/oracle/datafile/
$ touch test
touch: cannot touch `test`: Read-only file system
