新建了一个用户，已给QueryBuilder权限，但是登陆QueryBuilder时，出现“61704” VBA错误，通过ST22检查ABAP runtime error，发现如下建议
The user "USER02" has no RFC authorization for the function group
"RFCH ". Please contact your system administrator to give you
the RFC authorization for the required function groups (e.g. "RFCH ").
The RFC authorization object is S_RFC.
If the problem persists, proceed as follows:
Print out the error message (using the "Print" function)
于是修改权限，加入 S_RFC， 登陆正常了。
