After checking the log, I found that the port 4006 is occupied by the process 6096.
Using below command:
netstat -ao | find "4006"
The result is:
TCP xxxx:4006 xxxx.main.company.com:0 LISTENING 6096.
Just wired why the port '0' is opened for listening and how can I close it?
Update:
It seams that the application corps exists in memory and the windows server can not release it. So final decision is to restart it. the issue resolved.
Other Solutions welcome to comment it.
