1.Generate javacore manually

2.Analyze javacore using IBM Thread and Monitor Dump Analyzer
Download tool from above site
Unzip the file jcaNNN.zip.
Unzip the file readmeNNN.zip and read the "readme" file.
Run jcaNNN.jar with the Java Run-time Environment. (Note: NNN is the version number.)

The following is an example of processing a javacore with IBM Thread and Monitor Dump Analyzer for Java, Version 1.0.1, and about 500 MB of Java heap size:
