客户9208环境出现ORA-600[kgavsd_3]错误。

错误信息为：

类似的错误还出现过两次，一次也是ORA-3113错误导致的：

根据这三个错误综合判断，可以判断问题和Ora-600 kgavsd_3 [ID 403575.1]描述的一致，客户使用的多半是SQL DEVELOPER之类的工具，在使用DEBUG调试PL/SQL代码是出现了错误或中止了会话，导致DBMS_PIPE调用中断。

对于这个错误可以安全的将其忽略掉。
