今天收到开发人员发来的mail, 程序在调用function 的时候，偶尔会报错，大多数时候都正常， 具体报错如下 ：

ORA-24338 statement handle not executed
游标没有执行
Cause: A fetch or describe was attempted before executing a statement handle.
没有执行游标就从上面取数
Action: Execute a statement and then fetch or describe the data.
做好异常控制,如果分析或执行出错的时候做好异常控制,php,jsp页面处理的时候比较容易出错.
