1 跑root.sh前先打补丁
gridSetup.sh -applyPSU /temp/32484031

2 安装过程报错tcp连接问题
查IP配置是否正确，关闭防火墙，重启ssd
遇到X11Forwarding以及TCP/IP问题
重启sshd.service
systemctl restart sshd.service

3 第一个节点root.sh报错
CRS-4123: Oracle High Availability Services has been started.

解决方法
咨询Oracle原厂，建议如下编译：
[root@n-pc-x3650m5-108 ~]#export ORACLE_HOME=/grid/12.2
[root@n-pc-x3650m5-108 ~]#cd /grid/12.2/rdbms/lib
[root@n-pc-x3650m5-108 /grid/12.2/rdbms/lib]#/usr/bin/make -f ins_rdbms.mk client_sharedlib libasmclntsh12.ohso libasmperl12.ohso ORACLE_HOME=$ORACLE_HOME

4 文件加密
注意TDE加密后，使用strings验证没有意义
