经常出现找不到磁带机的情况，但是连接在一起的阵列柜就没有问题，有时候重启或者关机一下就好了，现在是出现的频率越来越高了，有时候重启关机都解决不了问题了，还会出现磁带放不进去的情况，还有系统可以发现磁带但是一加载就发现磁带机状态不对的，烦死了。

dmesg出现下面的信息。
