How to disable Fuzzy Checkpoints.

What is NOFUZZYCKPT?
The environment variable NOFUZZYCKPT disables Fuzzy Checkpoints, the default checkpoint behavior. With Fuzzy Checkpoints disabled, full checkpoints will be performed.
