Sawdust dryer has high producttion efficiency and long dryer life is the greatest wish of the customer purchase. Dryer maintenance is an important means to extend equipment life to improve the drying efficiency of regular maintenance.
First, the use of sawdust dryer time regularly check whether there is the impact of sound gear in operation.Timely troubleshooting, ensure the normal operation. Check the bearing and keep the bearing lubrication, cleaning, sealing, etc. to timing check the dryer is working in different parts of the normal, especially for those newly installed tires checked for looseness, wear parts, such as the degree of wear.
Secondly, raw sawdust dryer is wet, possibly because the dryer model is too small, or the operation caused by improper use. Sawdust dryer can be adjusted to improve the drying temperature. Followed by drying sawdust material sucked inside the device does not go, the process is likely to be installed tune Mifengbuyan leak exists, the user can control the installation drawings check the installation pipe interface.
Finally, when the cylinder displacement occurs sawdust dryer, belt wheel cylinder on roller, there will be inclined by walking, rather than parallel movement anomalies, such a phenomenon generally, are due to tire and wheel care results caused by wear and tear. When the balance of the cylinder installed five degrees inclination, will be destroyed. According to the direction of rotation of the cylinder, the cylinder before and after appropriate adjustment of the idler angle pairs to complete the displacement of the cylinder to the normal state of recovery.
For sawdust dryer, the quality of even the best equipment life is limited. How to create the most value in the limited drying time as sawdust dryer manufacturer is certainly high-quality equipment quality. For using sawdust dryer when operating correctly regular maintenance solve problems in a timely manner  so as not to delay the production schedule.http://www.dlbio-dryer.com
