The first 2 digits are the type of the template.
The next 4 digits are the Cacti version it was created on.
The next 32 digits are a random number.</hash_04

根据这个提示，我所用的cacti版本是0.8.7g，所以把xml文件用记事本打开，把hash_**0021都改成这个了。改了版本号后，顺利导入。
