解决Error (1133): Can’t find any matching row in the user table
mysql>GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* TO 'root'@'120.198.127.20' IDENTIFIED BY '' WITH GRANT OPTION;

解决方法
就是把小写功能给关掉，这里让我饶不少弯路。在这此我特意记录下来分享
在/etc/my.cnf 中的[mysqld]后添加添加lower_case_table_names=1，重启MYSQL服务设置成功
