There is a lot of information about the jaw crusher you can find such as the scope of its application, its working principle, and even the detailed information about its technical data. However, as a jaw crusher user, what you really want to know may not be just these technical characteristics. What concerns the customers most is the quality of products and the benefits from investment on the products. What the supplier really need to provide is to supply the really high-quality products which can satisfy all the requirements of customers and offer them the best service.

Daswell is a professional mining machine company that produces large and medium-sized crushers and mills which enrolls the R&D, production and sale into an integral system so that we can supply a complete set of products and service according to your needs.

Jaw crushers from our company should be fed at a consistently stable rate that will result in the crushing chamber being kept full at all times. This will result in more stone-on-stone crushing, reducing the wear on the manganese wear plates, creating a more cubical product, and result in more even wear over the length of the jaw die.

Generally all material smaller than the discharge gap should be removed (scalped) prior to being fed into the jaw crusher. This will increase the tons per hour of total production by the plant, and reduce some unnecessary damage and abrasion. And it will also increase the productivity capacity. In addition, the jaw crusher should not be fed with the stone or rock with the size same with the size of the feeding mouth of the crusher. Or it will reduce the utilization rate of the jaw crusher.
