1.When the concrete mixer finished work, you should clean out the water of the inner mixer，inner tank, inner channel’s stock, ponding.Clean and maintain the mixer.And also clear the work place, cut the power source, then lock the switch box.

2.The instrument and the index signal should be repable.You should put a rubber sheet or a drying wood on the operating desk of the electric concrete mixer.

3.Transmission gear, working device, brake and etc should be stable and repable so that ensure the normal working.

4.Material specification should be conformed to the concrete mixer performance, it is not allowed to use when the parameters are not conformed.

5.When the concrete mixer truck is working, you should check the direction of rotation of the mixing drum or the mixing blade.After make sure the operating and gear of the working device normal, the concrete mixer can be worked.

6.It’s not allowed to put you hand or head into the inter-hopper and the rack.Also it’s forbid putting your hand or other tools into the concrete mixer drum to chop the material when the concrete mixer discharging.

7.It’s forbid working or across under the concrete mixer when the hopper is hoisting.

8.Charging should be proceed when the concrete mixer is working.As well charging new material should be proceed when discharging the original material of the concrete mixer.It’s not allowed power off the mixer or power on the mixer when the drum full.Except the reversal discharge.

9.When the concrete mixer is working, if the concrete mixer go wrong that can not working, you you cut the power source immediately, and then clean out the material of the concrete mixer drum.

10.After using the concrete mixer you should clean the mixer overall.When cleaning the mixer drum, you must cut out the power source.

11.After using the mixer, you should land the hopper into the hopper hit.Or fixed the hopper when the hopper should be hoisted.
