PCL Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher, also called sand making machine, is one of the typical mining machineries in Daswell which is featured with high power and low energy consumption. It is designed based on several years’ hard work and research of mining equipment. In addition, the new type sand making machine absorbed the advanced technology of the similar products from home and abroad. For this reason, VSI crusher has playsed an important role in crushing kinds of ores and rocks.

Application of VSI crusher:

The new VSI crusher has very wide application in crushing various minerals, cement, carborundum grain, glass raw material, artificial construction sand and all kinds of metallurgy slag, especially carborundum, sintered bauxite, magnesite, and materials with features of high hardness and anticorrosion. In crushing these ores and rocks, the new sand making machine is more productive and efficient than other kinds of crushers

.

Advantages of VSI crusher:

We have mentioned that the new VSI crusher is more productive than other crushers, and in the following are the overall advantages of the sand making machine:

1. The optimized deep-cavity rotor can improve the crushing productivity by about 30% compared with the common ones.

2. The core wear-resistant materials adopt the high-standard wear-resistant materials importing from America.

3. The sand making machine adopts the lozenge impact plate to protect the main frame. better.

4. Convertible distributor simplifies the process of operation.

5. Reasonable design and structure can reduce the energy consumption and production cost.
