beacause the db release is 8I,so when add a new tablespace or datafile on the primary,you must mually do following:
on primary db:
sqlplus> create tablespace MID datafile 'path/mid_01.dbf' size 1000m;
etc....
sqlplus>alter system switch logfile;
on standby db:
during apply the archived log,the alert log warning follow:
Errors in file /opt/oracle/admin/MEDIA/bdump/media_dbw0_21507.trc:
ORA-01157: cannot identify/lock data file 24 - see DBWR trace file
ORA-01110: data file 24: '/opt/oracle/oradata/MEDIA/mid_03.dbf'
ORA-27037: unable to obtain file status
SVR4 Error: 2: No such file or directory
Additional information: 3
solution:
alter database CREATE DATAFILE '/opt/oracle/oradata/MEDIA/mid_03.dbf' as '/opt/oracle/oradata/MEDIA/mid_03.dbf'
ok,then do follow:
svrmgrl >/dev/null <
set autorecovery on
recover automatic standby database;
exit
EOF
it's ok.....
