ORA-00845: MEMORY_TARGET not supported on this system

memory_target needs larger /dev/shm

出现问题的原因：设置了memory_target 的大小大于 /dev/shm 文件系统的大小

解决办法1：将memory_target的值减小，vi  pfile文件 ，startup pfile='';还是报同样的错

解决方法2：增大/dev/shm大小为2G

[root@rac2 ~]# vi /etc/fstab

proc                    /proc                   proc    defaults        0 0
/dev/VolGroup00/LogVol01 swap                    swap    defaults        0 0

重新挂载 /dev/shm

[root@rac2 ~]# df -h
Filesystem            Size  Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/mapper/VolGroup00-LogVol00
                       35G   25G  8.3G  75% /
/dev/sda1              99M   16M   79M  17% /boot
[root@rac2 ~]# umount /dev/shm
[root@rac2 ~]# mount /dev/shm
[root@rac2 ~]# df -h
Filesystem            Size  Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/mapper/VolGroup00-LogVol00
                       35G   25G  8.3G  75% /
/dev/sda1              99M   16M   79M  17% /boot
tmpfs                 2.0G     0  2.0G   0% /dev/shm
tmpfs                 2.0G     0  2.0G   0% /dev/shm
tmpfs                 2.0G     0  2.0G   0% /dev/shm
[root@rac2 ~]#

小插曲：挂载了之后发现 出现三个 tmpfs 还有待研究~~

就直接重启：

[root@rac2 ~]# reboot

[root@rac2 ~]# df -h

tmpfs                 2.0G  154M  1.9G   8% /dev/shm
 恢复正常！

启动数据库：

[oracle@rac2 ~]$ export ORACLE_SID=test2
[oracle@rac2 ~]$ sqlplus /nolog

SQL*Plus: Release 11.2.0.1.0 Production on Wed Jun 5 23:48:22 2013

Copyright (c) 1982, 2009, Oracle.  All rights reserved.

SQL> conn /as sysdba
Connected.
SQL> create pfile from spfile;

File created.
正常~

重新创建pfile，以免spfile出问题了是可以用
