anaconda使用pip提示ssl错误：推荐：anaconda使用教程

如果提示SSL错误，而且是Anaconda3底下的python，这时应该添加环境变量添加到path里面
C:Users57296Anaconda3pkgsopenssl-1.1.1a-he774522_0Librarybin
如果先装Anaconda3再装python3那么在cmd里面输入python也会提醒错误，因为没有添加环境变量
而且pip也是也是一样的

C:Users57296Anaconda3Scripts pip的都需要添加到path里面
