Generally speaking, jaw crusher and impact crusher are both widely used in the industries of ore crushing, railway, highway, energy, cement, chemicals, construction and so on,but there are some difference between them.

First, the jaw crusher
Jaw Crusher Application: for the mining, smelting, building material, highway, railway, quarry and road construction and other industrial sectors specially designed rock crushing machine
Jaw Crusher Features: crushing ratio, uniform particle size; parts easy to replace, maintenance workload is small; structure is simple, reliable, low operating costs; low noise and less dust; discharge opening adjustment range, to meet Requirements of different users.
Jaw crusher working principle is: the motor-driven belt and pulley, through the eccentric shaft to move the jaw up and down movement, rises when the moving jaw toggle plate and moving jaw angle becomes larger, thus promoting the activities of jaw plate close to the fixed jaw plate, While their material is crushed or split pieces to achieve the purpose of crushing; when the moving jaw down, the angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases, activity jaw plate lever under the action of the spring, leaving the fixed jaw plate, this time has been Broken materials from the crushing chamber under the discharge port.
     Second, the impact crusher
Impact Crusher Application: can handle side not exceeding 500mm, the compressive strength of not more than 350MPa of various coarse, medium and fine material (granite, limestone, concrete, etc.), widely used in hydroelectricity, highway, artificial aggregates , Broken and other industries.
Impact Crusher Features: unique structure, connected without key, high chrome hammer, unique back liner; hard rock crushing, energy efficient; product shape of a cube, grain size adjustable discharge, simplified crushing process.
