oracle 10g 登录em，提示java.lang.Exception Exception in sending Request null问题处理方法：
1、修改E:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\huangcj-pc_orcl\sysman\config\emd.properties中agentTZRegion=GMT为agentTZRegion=Asia/Shanghai；
2、在cmd下输入：set oracle_sid=orcl；
3、在cmd下输入：emctl stop dbconsole；
4、在cmd下输入：emctl start dbconsole；
5、重启浏览器进入em登录。
