linux安装kettle
1.下载和安装JAVA
从ORACLE官网下载JAVA 包并安装。
2.下载kettle
从http://sourceforge.net/projects/pentaho/files/Data%20Integration/3.2.0-stable/下载kettle包，
kettle为绿色包，解压即可。

3.配置kettle
赋予sh执行权限
chmod a+x .sh
运行./kitchen.sh

Set to 0 to keep all rows (default) -maxlogtimeout = The maximum age (in minutes) of a log line while being kept internally by Kettle.
