一 故障现象
1）Linux/Unix上安装oracle 10g 最后会出现 assistant config error ；
2）调用netca配置监听时会出现以下错误。

二 报错原因
运行netca时可能需要获取主机名和相应ip，netca应该是从/etc/hosts/文件中获取主机名和ip。但本主机的/etc/hosts中配置主机名和ip的记录被注释掉了，导致necta获取不到相关信息报错。
三 解决办法：
在/etc/hosts 补充主机和IP的对应关系即可
