創建Monitor用戶，並且賦予權限（4）
1.創建AlexMonitor用戶
--create user AlexMonitor identified by AlexMonitor default tablespace ttRealTime_StaticSpacequota unlimited on timesten temporary tablespace temp;
2.給AlexMonitor用戶賦予權限
/* accredit popedom of to usr */
--GRANT CREATE SESSION TO AlexMonitor;
--GRANT CREATE TABLE TO AlexMonitor;
--GRANT UNLIMITED TABLESPACE TO AlexMonitor;--不受限制使用表空間
--Grant create procedure to AlexMonitor;---授予創建包和存儲過程權限
