- 描述：
oracle RAC下，一台主机sqlplus ondb2/oracle报错" ora-27140 连接到发送/等待功能失败" 。另外一台连接无问题。
- 原因：
ora-27140:
27140, 0000, "attach to post/wait facility failed"
// *Cause: The program attempted to initialize the post/wait facility,
// but the facility could not be attached.
// *Action: Check for additional errors and contact Oracle Support.

- 解决：
sqlplus执行问题。对比两台主机的sqlplus路径的权限，chmod 修改即可。
或者执行chmod 755 $ORACLE_HOME/bin
修改后，需要重启数据库，重新连接就无报错。
