Today is Monday. Of course, it's deadly quiet. I spent some time on preparing leadership seminar which will take place this Wednesday. Frankly speaking, it's very easy for the facilitator now. All the details are well written down in the check list. What I need to do is to follow the steps specified and enrich them with my own words and sentences.

A major event today is oscar academy award. I am very surpised that slum dog won 8 awards from 10 nominations. I do agree this is a very good movie. However, I cannot imagine people in the states vote this as best picture of 2008. East and West do have different taste!
