Message Dictionary couldn’t open the ICX application message file解决方案
当我们点击用 “Oracle Purchasing” 职责点击“Requisition Summary”的时候，有时候会报“Message Dictionary couldn’t open the ICX application message file. Cannot open file /e02/oracle/apps/apps_st/appl/icx/12.0.0/mesg/US.msb for reading”的异常。
解决方案：
在 “System Administrator”职责下运行“Generate Messages”concurrent。可以生成message file。
